• The services offered are delivered either face to face and/or via video call sessions, voice notes as well as detailed written  Training Plans and Reports 
• Ongoing support is provided via e-mail/WhatsApp/Messenger    
• Services are detailed in the Services page within this website
• Must be 18+ to register or order any services
• Must be the legal owner or foster carer of the dog(s) in question
• All services are designed to improve the well-being and behaviour of your dog and/or provide detailed obedience training plans
• Results will and may depend on the consistency of the training, and the client's commitment to fulfilling the recommendations

2. Booking, Cancellations and Payments

• Bookings are via made using the methods via the Contact page or by sending me an e-mail/WhatsApp message 
• Cancellation policy: 24 hours' notice required for cancellations of the services ordered and/or consultations scheduled 
• Rescheduling policy: you may re-schedule your appointment 24 hours before it is due
• Payments are due upfront in one lump sum

3. My Responsibility

• Provide Science-Based, Ethical Training: I use only humane, force-free methods grounded in behavioural science and canine psychology — no punishment-based techniques, ever.

• Tailor Training to Each Dog and Owner: Every program is customized to meet the specific needs, goals, and learning styles of both the dog and the human client.

• Maintain Professionalism and Respect: I will treat all clients and their pets with respect, patience, and professionalism, creating a supportive and non-judgmental learning environment.

• Communicate Clearly and Promptly: I will respond to messages and questions in a timely manner, and provide clear instructions before, during, and after each session.

• Deliver Reliable, High-Quality Services: I will show up on time, fully prepared, and provide consistent, high-value training and support throughout the program.

• Keep Client Information Confidential: All personal, behavioural, and health information shared with me will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of providing training services.

• Stay Educated and Up-to-Date: I continuously invest in ongoing education, certifications, and the latest research to ensure clients receive the most effective and modern training approaches.

• Respect Limits of Scope: I will refer clients to veterinarians, behaviourists, or other professionals if an issue falls outside my scope of practice or expertise

• Provide Clear Homework and Support Materials: After each session, I will share detailed follow-up notes, exercises, or handouts to help reinforce learning between sessions.

• Promote a Safe and Positive Experience: I will prioritize the safety and emotional well-being of all dogs and humans involved in training.

4. Customer's Responsibilities

• Commitment to practice training exercises, and implementing recommendations and suggestions as described in the programs or reports
• Honest disclosure of dog's behavioural history, health issues, or any aggression, and feedback on training sessions
• Follow safety precautions provided

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Dogs.Decoded.Simply is not liable for injuries to dog, owner, or third parties during or after training
• Acknowledgment that behaviour modification does take time and is not always guaranteed
• Client assumes full responsibility for their dog's behaviour

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, and/or sent via e-mail or WhatsApp, including text, images, videos, and training materials, are the property of Dogs Decoded.Simply and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Client information is collected, stored, and used as per the Privacy Policy section below
• Use of customer/dog images or testimonials are always only with the customer's permission,
• We are compliance with data protection laws (GDPR)

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. General provisions

• Personal data controller, in compliance with GDPR (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation") is 'Dogs Decoded Simply", company (hereinafter referred to as "DDS");

2. The source and the purpose of personal data collection

• DDS processes personal data obtained with consent from the Customer and collected through the contact form;
• DDS processes only the identifying and contact details of Customer which are necessary for the fulfilment of the services offered;
• DDS processes personal data for necessary communication between the contracting parties for the duration
• Personal data collection is necessary for the fulfilment of the services offered via this website.
• Personal data will not be made public and will not be transferred to other countries or companies.

3. Duration of personal data storage

• DDS stores personal data for the period necessary for fulfilment of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between Controller and Customer and for the duration of 1 year following the conclusion of contractual relationship.
• Controller deletes all personal data after the expiration of the period required for the storage of personal data.

4. Rights of Customer

In compliance with the Regulation, Customer is entitled to:

• The right to rectification of personal data.
• The right to erasure of personal data.
• The right to object to processing of personal data.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

5. Security of personal data

• DDS declares to take all technical and organisational precautions necessary for the protection of personal data;
• DDS has taken technical precautions to secure data storage spaces, in particular securing access to computer with a password, using antivirus software and performing regular maintenance of computers

• By placing an order for any of the services via this website, Customer confirms to be informed about all the conditions of personal data protection and accepts them to the full extent;
