• The services offered are delivered via video call sessions and/or voice notes as well as detailed written reports 
• Ongoing support is provided via e-mail/WhatsApp/Messenger    
• Services are detailed in the Services page within this website
• Must be 18+ to register or order any services
• Must be the legal owner or foster carer of the dog(s) in question
• All services are designed to improve the well-being and behaviour of your dog and/or provide detailed training plans
• Results will and may depend on the consistency of the training, and the client's commitment .to fulfilling the recommendations

2. Booking, Cancellations and Payments

• Bookings are via made using the methods via the Contact page 
• Cancellation policy: 24 hours' notice required for cancellations of the services ordered and/or consultations scheduled 
• Rescheduling policy: you may re-schedule your appointment 24 hours before it is due
• Payments are due upfront in one lump sum

3. My Responsibility

• Provide Science-Based, Ethical Training: I use only humane, force-free methods grounded in behavioural science and canine psychology — no punishment-based techniques, ever.

• Tailor Training to Each Dog and Owner: Every program is customized to meet the specific needs, goals, and learning styles of both the dog and the human client.

• Maintain Professionalism and Respect: I will treat all clients and their pets with respect, patience, and professionalism, creating a supportive and non-judgmental learning environment.

• Communicate Clearly and Promptly: I will respond to messages and questions in a timely manner, and provide clear instructions before, during, and after each session.

• Deliver Reliable, High-Quality Services: I will show up on time, fully prepared, and provide consistent, high-value training and support throughout the program.

• Keep Client Information Confidential: All personal, behavioural, and health information shared with me will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of providing training services.

• Stay Educated and Up-to-Date: I continuously invest in ongoing education, certifications, and the latest research to ensure clients receive the most effective and modern training approaches.

• Respect Limits of Scope: I will refer clients to veterinarians, behaviourists, or other professionals if an issue falls outside my scope of practice or expertise

• Provide Clear Homework and Support Materials: After each session, I will share detailed follow-up notes, exercises, or handouts to help reinforce learning between sessions.

• Promote a Safe and Positive Experience: I will prioritize the safety and emotional well-being of all dogs and humans involved in training.

4. Customer's Responsibilities

• Commitment to practice training exercises, and implementing recommendations and suggestions as described in the reports
• Honest disclosure of dog's behavioural history, health issues, or any aggression, and feedback on training sessions
• Follow safety precautions provided

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Dogs Decoded.Simply is not liable for injuries to dog, owner, or third parties during or after training
• Acknowledgment that behaviour modification does take time and is not always guaranteed
• Client assumes full responsibility for their dog's behaviour

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, and/or sent via e-mail or WhatsApp, including text, images, videos, and training materials, are the property of Dogs Decoded.Simply and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Client information is collected, stored, and used as per the Privacy Policy section of this website
• Use of customer/dog images or testimonials are always only with the customer's permission,
• We are compliance with data protection laws (GDPR)

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
